Bill Clendenin’s primary practice areas are real estate transactions, real estate development, and business law. He assists clients with entity organization, commercial leasing, the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, real estate financing, and property tax appeals. He also represents developers and businesses in connection with the development and use of economic development tools.
